You have to create a blog with gmail
Account.
If you have a gmail account than
use easy.If the account is not the first by clicking here

Free blog to create: -
1. open to www.blogger.com
2. Enter your gmail id and password.

6. Continue blogger, click on

8. Title name of the blog, such as your name written on.
9. Address of blogs written Address like Your name
10. "Create blog" button, click on.

17. Click on View Blog.
18. Your blog has become.
