Age Limit:
Candidates age should be between 20-27 years for UB SI/ AB SI, 18-27 years for Follower, 18-21 years for remaining all posts. Age relaxation is applicable 5 years for SC/ ST candidates as per rules.
Educational Qualification:
Candidates should possess Degree in any stream for UB SI/ AB SI, Class V passed for Follower, 10+2 passed for Unarmed Branch Constable, Firemen, Driver FM, MPRO Operator/ IRBN Signals Operator/ Mechanic, Class IX passed for Armed Branch Constable/ Driver Constable, Handyman, Battalion Constable including IRBN Constable.
Selection Process:
Candidates will be selected based on physical efficiency test, written examination, trade test, interview.

Candidates may obtain application form from the Offices of all District Superintendents of Police and Commandants of MLP Battalions and Principal, PTS Mawroh, Shillong on payment of Rs. 50/-.
